According to the latest data from VIAVI Gigabit Monitor (as of April 16, 2020), the gigabit internet currently covers 413 million people in 61 countries worldwide. Compared to the statistics on November 26, 2019, there are 11 more countries and 58.63 million more people covered, and the global population coverage rate has also increased from 5.0% to 5.8%.
